What about AI?

Only original works by human artists will be allowed through the site. Additionally, we employ every known method of telling AI crawlers from using site contents as training data, including the "noai" header/meta tag and blocking GPTBot in robots.txt. Please keep in mind, though, that adherence to this is voluntary and there's otherwise no reliable way to block malicious scanners. Thus, we can't make any full guarantees that art posted publicly won't show up in training sets.

Our current Terms of Service does not specify this because it was written before things with AI became a big issue, but we will be finding an opportunity (and funds) to work with our lawyer to add a clause about AI specifically, including banning crawlers.
