How will you handle chargebacks and disputes?

Studios are responsible for resolving chargebacks and disputes. Any chargebacks issues to Banchan will be immediately forwarded to the studio, along with any pertinent information. Banchan will then help with communication and resolution as needed, but the responsibility lies on the studio itself.

Additionally, Banchan has a lot of auditing, confirmation, and record-keeping features intended to help provide evidence to card companies when a charge is disputed. The entire system is built around making sure everyone knows what they're getting into and putting that on "paper" so they can't go back on their word. We are hoping this will make disputes easier to resolve.
